When you place an order or a warranty request with us, we may store and process the personal data listed below. We do so to fulfill a contractual obligation between you and us, and we will keep the data until the expiry of relevant statutes of limitations.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will process your email address, name, and IP address. Our such processing is based on your consent by providing your personal data when you sign up and your data will be kept safely with us for as long as you have an active subscription.

Sharing with third parties

Your data will be shared with certain named third parties, as this is necessary for us to provide our service. The data shared with them are stored on servers located within the EU. These third parties are:

Mailgun – We have employed Mailgun as our email service provider to forward us requests that you provide via the contact forms on our website when you place an order or a submit warranty request. In such cases, the personal data that you enter when completing the forms, will be shared with Mailgun to make it possible for us to receive your details. EmailOctopus - For mailing lists, such as our newsletter, we are using the services provided by EmailOctopus. If you subscribe to one of our mailing lists, your email address, as well as your IP address, will be shared with EmailOctopus. This is necessary to send the respective emails to your inbox. The IP address is used by EmailOctopus for fraud and abuse detection. You can unsubscribe from a mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Google Cloud Platform – All our services, for example related to storing of data on servers, are hosted by Google Cloud Platform. Your personal data will therefore be stored on Google Cloud Platform’s servers. DHL – We employ DHL as our courier service provider for delivering your ordered goods. With them, we will share your name, email address, phone number and mailing address, and your shipment will be designated with an individual tracking number. The delivery information will be stored until the expiry of relevant statutes of limitations. FastBill - We use FastBill to generate and manage invoices for your placed orders. The data that you provide when placing an order, will thus be shared with FastBill, who will also designate your invoice with an individual invoice number. Third-party websites

When using our site, you may be directed to third-party websites beyond our sphere of influence. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies on such other sites.

Cookies

Right to be forgotten

You have the right to request that we delete any personal data that we process about you. We will delete the data as soon as possible, but at least within one month’s time. We will also, without your explicit demand, delete such personal data that we have collected but do not longer have a lawful right to process. We will inform you about this, if it would occur.

Right to withdraw consent

The erasure will be done as soon as possible.
